In short, a girl had type 1 diabetes, and her father decided to not use treatment and "pray" instead. He was accused of second degree reckless homocide because he would not give her any medication for her diabetes. Okay, I totally understand that. It makes sense, obviously.

But...how the FUCK does John Travolta's son die of a seizure related incedent without any fucking trial because he's a SCIENTOLOGIST and decided NOT to give his own son the medication he needs! That's fucking ABSURED! I get it, scientologists are back up by tons of money and he definately is! but this should NOT GO unnoticed! John Travolta should get so much more shit than what he has! the punishment of his son dying is not even close enough to what he should have gotten! It is 100% his fault that his son died! To be sucked into such a stupid cult in the first place is absured enough! I mean, honestly, christianity makes more sense as a religion then fucking scientology!

its not fair for my roomate to have such a boring wall while mines decked out with tons and tons of intseresting things. on my wall a big elephant commands small rats to drag him across the stitches of cheap dyed cloth. thats an accurate description of life i think. i have posters of movies i dot even really like. i just like filling the void of dorm room white with anything i can get my hands on thats flat and 2 dimensional.

my roommate tries to do the same, but there's still huge spots of emptiness. i think its better filling your walls with meaninglessness than a couple drawings of unicorns and things retained since freshman year. you can tell what she had since freshman year, because there are huge stains on it. probably an oil painting accident.

she likes the shades pulled down. she goes to the bathroom to change. i leave the blinds wide open. if im crying, if im changing, if im drinking, i always try to leave the blinds open. so the world will be boxed in like a TV show, and i feel comfortable about myself.

im on the 6th floor, and anyone barely looks up there. i stare down at them hoping someone will look up and smile or shout. but i just keep watching the big TV and new york goes about its sad little business. old men hobble across the street. angry taxicabs beep and honk, as if these men will develop human strength all of the sudden and leap across the street, walker and all. in the daytime people are holding hands more. at night people hold breasts and glasses of beer and cigarettes and cups with a couple nickles in it, and signs that say things like "homeless and hungry, please help" or "tired of prostitution need money" or a quick story of their lives scribbled on some wet cardboard. all this on my tv screen every day, every night.

i wish someone could take me away from this tv screen. i heard TV turns your brains into mush. so does alcohol, but i guess whos really listening. im killing myself slowly everyday with poisons, fats, and chemicals. but this is what makes up everyone now. what do we have to look forward to but filling every single orface of our bodies with something.
